Please join us to hear a presentation by Louisa Kiely , Co-convenor of the Carbon Coalition against Global Warming and a Director of Carbon Farmers of Australia.  A discussion will follow the presentation.
Together with her partner Michael, Louisa conducts seminars designed to assist farmers to understand the challenges of Climate Change and to adopt farming practices that help sequester carbon in the soil.
This is a unique opportunity to learn about the potential of this newly developing field. Louisa hopes to build farmers awareness of this potential and to be able to demonstrate to the Federal Government that farmers can play a crucial role in emissions trading, as net sequesters of carbon rather than net emitters.
